TAP Contacts Passengers With Alternatives

The airline said affected customers are being contacted directly with alternatives. Passengers who prefer to act on their own can move their trip to any date within three days before or after December 11 at no extra cost, TAP said. The changes can be made on the airline’s website, mobile app, or through travel agencies.

The policy is meant to give travelers flexibility as work stoppages across sectors are expected to affect air services, airports and other transport links during the strike.
