Weekly Flights on Sunday Connecting Madeira With Marseille
Transavia France has launched its first direct flight between Marseille and Funchal, Madeira. The weekly flight, available on Sundays, offers French travelers easier access to the Portuguese island. Passengers on the first flight were greeted at Madeira Airport with flowers and local products to celebrate the occasion.
The First Time Marseille is Connected Directly to Madeira
Karen Stougo, Chief Commercial Officer at ANA | VINCI Airports, called the new route “an important moment for the region’s connectivity.” She highlighted that this is the first time Marseille has a direct link to Madeira through Transavia.
